The Oakville Players offers a number of opportunities for individuals, businesses or other organizations to partner with us.

A partnership with us is a fantastic way to introduce you to our audience and fan base and a way to stay in the spotlight with your existing customers.

Brand Visibility

In exchange for monetary or in-kind contributions, we can offer your organization opportunities to showcase your brand through a variety of channels.  Social media shoutouts, advertising space in programs, lobby displays and our website are just some of the channels available to feature your brand to our audience and members.

Corporate Hospitality

Sponsors are provided with complimentary tickets to our productions that you can use for yourself or offer to your clients. When possible, exclusive access to "backstage" activities are also available.

The Oakville Players has been a part of Oakville and the surrounding community presenting theatre audiences with a variety of entertainment, volunteer opportunities and art promotion since 1962!    We attract in person audiences from not only Oakville but surrounding cities such as Mississauga, Burlington, Hamilton, Milton and Toronto.   And when we present productions online, our audiences spans the globe. 

Our online visibility such as this website, our community website and social media channels and strong search ranking is actively managed resulting in a year over year increase in traffic (visits, page views) and social media following.     We are confident the exposure to our audience, fans and pool of volunteers will help grow your sales and increase brand awareness for your organization.

Advertising Opportunities

We offer space on our website home pages for sponsors to feature their logos.  The logo would link back to a URL of your choice.

/ Program Ad Space

We offer ad space in our show programs.   When available programs are printed & distributed in person.   The programs are also provided electronically.

/ Email Blast

We have a sizeable and growing email list.   We'll announce your support with an email blast to our list!

/ Social Post

We'll let all our followers know about your contribution and support!

Sponsorship Programs

We can develop custom sponsorship packages that include combinations of ad-space, complimentary tickets, exclusive access, and special announcements.    Packages vary and are in part based on the types of shows being produced.

With your help we are looking to offer additional value added incentives by encouraging patrons and groups members to take advantage of offers provided by you, our participating partners.

Perks can take on a variety of forms and we welcome your input and recommendation. Some examples of perks that we’ve discussed with others include: 

• Discount offers (with or without minimum purchases or limitations) 
• $ off with purchase 
• Free items (eg. Free appetizer with the purchase of 2 dinners) 
• Buy One Get One Offers

Redeeming these perks would drive traffic to your establishment or website.

Donation

If none of the above options are suitable, we also welcome any cash or service donation. A tax receipt will also be issued for amounts greater than $20.
