We are also excited to announce that the Master of Ceremonies for the TOP 10 Comeback Festival is none other than David Raitt!   David is a performer, instructor, and occasional director with the Oakville Improv Theatre Company and an alumnus of The Second City Canadian National Touring Company and Mainstage ensemble, appearing in 11 sketch and improv revues..
